豐盛大廈位於東莞厚街大道，其不拘泥於簡單刻板的幾何形式，卻以最簡單的設計手法突出大的效果，沒有過多的裝飾，簡潔、靈動、多元，體現了現代生活的快節奏、簡約和實用，但又富有朝氣，使得整棟大廈在周圍的建築群中脫穎而出，氣質非凡。       

建築中利用機械停車系統，幕墻采用雙銀Low-e玻璃，解決社會停車和環境問題。

Fengsheng Building is located in Houjie Town, Dongguan City. It geometrical shape is not rigid. And it is designed by the simplest technique to make the largest effect. It is concise, flexible, multivariate without much decoration, which shows the fast-tempo, simple and practical modern life. But its vigor and vitality make the whole building stand out from the surrounding buildings with remarkable temperament.       

The curtain wall of the building adopts double-silver glass of low emissivity to solve the social parking and environment problem using the mechanical parking system.
