本項目的設計主題是：低調奢華，生態自然。

精麗會所主要以康體區、中央庭院及餐廳組成。車道入口是壹小片遮擋的綠色植物，給人壹種煥然壹新的視覺沖擊力；仿生態自然的庭院為橫向展開的矩形，這種形狀可使室內減少日曬，保持陰涼，連通的庭院小道成為室內外的過渡空間，能組織良好的通風，同時起到保溫調節室溫的功效，視覺上富有層次感。人在曲徑通幽的空間組織中行走，多了壹份發現自然中點點滴滴的樂趣，將內心放松下來，體驗生態空間和環境的另壹種美。

The design theme of this project: low profile and luxurious, and eco-nature.      

Jingli Clubhouse is mainly comprised of fitness area, central courtyard and dining room. The entrance of lane has a small piece of green plants, giving people a new visual impact; the shape of the courtyard that imitates ecological nature is the crosswise expanded rectangle, which can reduce the sun and keep cool. The connected garden trail is the indoor and outdoor transition space, which is well ventilated, and it also can keep warm and regulate room temperature. And the sense of layering is rich in the vision. When people walk in the winding space, they can relax and find more fun in the nature to experience another beauty of ecological space and environment.
